Bozeman, Mont.—The Montana Tea Party Coalition has released the results of its survey of legislative candidates. The results of the survey are posted on www.montanateaparty.com website as well here. The purpose of the survey is to inform voters, particularly Tea Party voters, on how candidates stand on issues of concern so that people can make an educated vote. The survey covered four key areas of concern; constitutionally limited government, free markets, fiscal responsibility and character. “There are two important ways to find out where your candidate stands on the issues. If they’re an incumbent, you can check out their voting records. Otherwise check out candidates score on surveys,” said Henry Kriegel, a director of the Bozeman Tea Party and organizer of the Montana Tea Party Coalition.

“Now is the time for all Tea Partiers to check out where the candidates stand on issues that matter,” said Tim Ravndal, a Montana Tea Party organizer. “It’s time to get informed, get out and vote and tell your friends and family to do the same.”
